At Home Infatuation we want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience from start to finish. The following customer service information is provided to promote a positive experience.

Shipping Information
Your order from Home Infatuation will be shipped either from our warehouse or directly from one of our vendor's warehouses. Most of our products ship via UPS or FedEx. Our heavier and larger products are shipped by motor freight. This type of delivery requires your attendance and signature at delivery. For expedited shipping to areas outside of the contiguous 48 states you must call our customer service department at 877.224.8925.

International Shipping
Home Infatuation can arrange for international shipping. Please inquire before placing your order.

Order, Guarantee & Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from Home Infatuation that is found to have a manufacturing defect within one year after the date of purchase. Manufacturer warranties will remain in effect if longer than one year. We will refund the original and return shipping charges if the item is defective. To return items for any other reason you must contact us within 10 days after receipt of order. We will not refund the original shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. A 40% re-stocking fee will also apply for items returned that are not defective. Custom orders may only be returned if they were defectively produced or damaged in shipping. An order may not be cancelled after five business days from placement of order have passed.
