All of our products are shipped direct from the vendor so we provide our vendor with your shipping address. Our vendors do not sell or share the personal information we provide to them. The shipping telephone number is used, if at all, for communicating shipping questions or issues.
All customer orders including billing and shipping address as well as ship to addresses (other than your own information) are stored in our database. We store these orders for customer service purposes such as returns or customer questions regarding products purchased. We do not share customer or ship to addresses with other organizations. We do not market to customer email addresses unless the customer opts in for the Home Infatuation Newsletter and we never market to ship to addresses.
Customer Email Addresses
We ask for an email addresses during the checkout process. This email address is used to communicate shipping information such as tracking numbers or delayed shipments. Email is our preferred method of communication with customers. Excluding your email address from the checkout process does not prevent you from placing an order. By excluding your email address you deny yourself order and shipping confirmations. We encourage you to use your email address but if you are very uncomfortable with using it or if you do not have one, we will gladly call you with delivery status. We do not share or sell these email addresses and will use them only to communicate order status.
Customers have the ability to opt in for our Home Infatuation Newsletter. We do not share or sell these email addresses and will use them only to send the Home Infatuation Newsletter and announcements. Customers can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails. Ship to names and addresses are not considered for marketing purposes and we do not share or sell these email addresses.
We do not provide an account management function on our website for updating your customer information. To unsubscribe or update your email address for the Home Infatuation Newsletter customers can use the unsubscribe and update links at the bottom of these emails.
Email a Friend
We provide customers the opportunity to email product information to friends and family in the Email a Friend link. The email addresses provided to email this product information to a friend or family member are not recorded or stored by our system.
Changes in Policies
From time to time we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website and mark the Privacy and Security link at the bottom of all of our Web pages with a yellow Update!
