Structural Deck Tiles

Structural deck tiles can be used as modular flooring system for any roof deck or hardscape.

They are durable yet easily removable. Both electrical and irrigation can be run underneath. They can be placed over a joist system or raised pedestals.

The Ipe tile is commercial grade and supports up to 4,000 lbs with the Elmich Versajack or Spirapave pedestal system.

Tile sizes are 2' x 2' and 2' x 4'. They meet and exceed ASTM E108-07a Class A Spread of Flame Test.

The SpiraPave and the VersiJack 75 are adjustable lightweight telescopic pedestals with an integrated slope corrector. They can adjust in height from 1/8th inch to 3'.

Installing structural tiles with pedestals needs perimeter containment on all four sides so there is no lateral movement or shifting.
