Monticello Teak Dining Arm Chair

This outdoor arm chair is constructed of the finest quality teak wood, and is individually handcrafted by American craftsmen using mortise and tenon construction.

The color will gradually change to a beautiful grey or the natural color can be maintained by applying teak oil.

A seat cushion is also available. The cushion is made with a quick drying exterior foam and is covered with Sunbrella® fabric which is extremely resistant to moisture and colorfast against sunlight. The cover can be machine washed and are zippered for easy removal.

Available either assembled or in a flat pack shipment. Flat pack requires some assembly.

10 year warranty against defects and material or workmanship for residential use and three year warranty for commercial use. Cushions have a one year warranty.

There is no shipping and handling charge for this product.

You will receive this item by truck delivery. The trucking company will call and schedule a time when someone will be present to accept the delivery. They will deliver the item curbside and you will be responsible for moving it into your home.
