The contemporary design of this outdoor sofa from Neoteric Luxury™ is constructed with a powder coated steel frame and a superior quality woven synthetic wicker in dark brown color that is completely weatherproof.

The cushion is made with quick drying exterior foam and has a zippered cover.

Both the cushion fabric and the fabric on the rectracable canopy are made of Sunbrella® fabric. Sunbrella is very resistant to moisture and fading from sunlight.

Four throw pillows with zippered covers are included. The bed and pillow fabric can be spot cleaned or removed and machine washed.

A three year warranty against manufacturing workmanship and defects is included. Cushions have a one year warranty.

There is no shipping and handling charge for this item.

You will receive this item by truck delivery. The trucking company will call and schedule a time when someone will be present to accept the delivery. They will deliver the item curbside and you will be responsible for moving it into your home
